Terrible experience with Everest/ARTEM HVAC and Lenny. They are big on promises and small on delivery and follow through. I had them install a garage heater and replace a complete heating/AC system. The garage heater works OK, but I have had constant problems with the AC system. Also, it has been 1.5 years since the work was done and I still do not have approved permits for the plumbing as Lenny stopped responding to me and refuses to do the work to resolve issues for which my system failed the inspection! Very good experience with Artem HVAC. I checked them out because of a recommendation from one of their previous customers. They had a couple of different systems to choose from, and I chose the one I felt worked best for me. They did not try to sell me any one type. Quick installation and fast response when I needed it turned on a couple of months later for final inspections. They even bumped my compressor up in size gratis when the one they ordered was not in stock. I will gladly use them again.
