Ridiculous excuse for a hotel bar. Demirr has the worst attitude possible. It’s on a disrespectful level. Please address the situation and do better ArtBar. First it’s the hours being modified to the bartenders opinions. If that’s the case then post “Up For Debate” on the door, not 11pm. Which is clearly stated by the hotel. And the ArtBar it self. Just do better please. Guests travel far and wide and would love a drink at 10pm on a Friday.
The drinks are drinking ….. and the Fly Bartender Franklin brings so much joy to that place! He is definitely a keeper at The Art Bar !!
I had such a fantastic time at Art Bar! Franklin and Izzy were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Franklin, in particular, was amazing. He has such a great personality and made the whole experience enjoyable. Even though they were out of quite a few items, he was so accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed without any issues. It seemed like he probably could have used a bit more support behind the bar, but he handled it like a pro and still did a great job. Izzy is also the absolute best!... read more
The service here is great. Franklin is great - such positivity! Could fix the door issue - bartenders had to constantly explain how to use the exit button - seemed like a safety issue.
