Since I moved to L.A. I had the urge to have ink done. I knew this was the place to meet quality artists. I randomly found art and soul online. Picked Frank and have loved the results. Frank really has a great philosophy for quality work. I am about to finish my sleeve and couldn't be happier with the process so far. Highly recommend art and soul and Frank Ball jr. as your choice as an artist

I love this tattoo shop. I recently got my 1st tattoo done by Scarlett. The shop is very clean and comfy and the staff are amazing. Always smiling and making me laugh.
