Terrible communication. I can’t get anyone to answer my calls or call me back. It took twice as long to get my eggs shipped due to the severe lack of communication. Very frustrating. Avoid at all costs if you can.
ART is a horrible facility that should not be entrusted to such a delicate and important process as fertility. If I could give zero stars I would. Cedars-Sinai needs to immediately dissolve their relationship because it results in sub-par patient outcomes for such a reputable institution. I was forced to use ART because I had a Cedars physician. Most importantly, they LOST one of my embryos while I was in the middle of a transfer and blamed it on their equipment. They also mixed up my embryos and had basic maintenance issues... read more
