I had such a kind interaction here. We purchased a few items and were happy, and right as we were about to leave the nice woman who rang us up noticed she had accidentally overcharged us. No problem, she went to get who I assume was the owner to help her correct the mistake. He came up and refunded our purchase and then, completely to our surprise, insisted we take what we wanted to purchase for free. I read some of the reviews on here about the owner, and I have no idea what people are talking about. This store is awesome, and the owner is extremely kind! I took my daughter shopping here as one of her 11th birthday gifts because she is very into gems. The store is beautifully laid out with descriptions of everything. She had a lot of wish list gems and they had every one of them. He didn't even know it was her birthday, and he still made it an extra special experience just because I assume that's the way he is.
