From the front desk to the cleaning person, everyone here has been so professional and kind during my visits. Been going there for more than a year now and my teeth are showing the results. Have to highlight Luda. She's so thoughtful, thorough and communicative. It's always nice to know why something is happening to my teeth or what I can do. I had my dental appointment today and it was such a positive experience. It was my first visit, and I had X-rays and a cleaning done. The team was very gentle and explained every step throughout the process, which made me feel really comfortable. The front desk staff are amazing, very helpful, friendly, and welcoming, especially Chantelle. The clinic is clean and inviting, and Dr. Wong was extremely kind and professional. I will definitely be recommending this place!
Dr Hermina and the clinic are fantastic, for both basic checkups and more complex procedures. I had a tooth cap replaced and her level of care and attention to detail far surpassed anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. Clinic is clean, large and efficient and the whole team is very professional and kind. Communication is amazing as well through calls and text messages
This review is a bit late (busy mom life 😅), but I just have to say how thankful I am for Dr. Lee and his assistant Nimfa. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to dental visits, but they made me feel calm and comfortable the entire time. Dr. Lee was gentle and patient, and Nimfa was so kind and reassuring. The staff are also very welcoming, they even followed up after I had to reschedule my second visit because of a cold. I truly appreciate how caring and attentive everyone was. Highly recommend this clinic!
