Front desk has been pushing out my family members appointment every week due to neglect, poor organization, or just plain ignorance. Constantly writing the wrong appointment dates and putting in the wrong information about injections and treatments. Ignores calls when we try to confirm appointments (because they’ve written down the date and times wrong MULTIPLE times), and lies about getting back to patients when they take our info. I’ve been a loyal patient at Art of Pain Management for years, and they’ve been my rock through the excruciating pain I’ve endured after a couple of car accidents. The staff and doctors are nothing short of amazing, and it feels like I’ve found a second family. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking relief from pain.
