My sons and i went for an hour long float this weekend. All three of us had a bit of anxiety in the beginning about being in a closed space, but that is definitely a personal issue. The floating tanks are adequately sized. I felt well prepared going in, knowing not to struggle to hold my head up, or your shoulders and neck would be sore afterward. Loved the whole experience! Staff was super friendly with many helpful tips. It's been 2 days since I floated and I feel 100 percent better . I never really thought this would work for me, but now I'm hooked. Will definitely be back soon ....

Profoundly uplifting and relaxing experience. It was pleasing to feel stress, anxiety, discomfort and sense of time slip away. Still feeling light a day later and hope to return soon.
This works great for me it was my second time ,I go in there limping and come out standing up. Today I made 8 doz cookies, my husband went for the first time and he is still amazed how he feels relaxed
2nd time there was even better than the first! Vanessa is amazing, I can't thank her enough!! The entire staff is so friendly. Starting off with the massage before the float just takes it to the next level of relaxation. Was given some delicious hot tea afterwards and just relaxed and chatted with staff a bit before leaving. Everyone everywhere should be doing this!
It's wonderfully peaceful and amazing! I love to float! The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I love the tea they brew there It's so good! I Need to do this more to de-dress myself from this crazy, over stimulated world! I would highly recommend!Namaste!
I received an hour float for a gift and I wasn't as happy with it as I had imagined I would be. It was difficult to be comfortable completely because my neck was aching, maybe giving a neck float to support the head or something would help. I put my arms above my head and that helped a bit. I would also recommend bringing sandals or flip flops bc you can't wear shoes in the tank area and it is wet after you shower so you're trying to dress and walk after cleaning up in dirty water.
