Art of Floating is such an amazing experience! At first, I just played around in it...floating, splashing and stretching...I found it so amusing to be able to float and not sink no matter how I turned or twisted :)...then I became so relaxed and all of my aches and pains were just not there anymore. It was like all the weights of the world were lifted away! Relax, never knew how to until I tried this...it works!!!
