Amazing !!! Spotless and clean private tank room , with shower and delicious smelling product. The floating itself was lovely ! Super relaxing and zen , I feel like I took a week long nap. Nice staff as well !

I had my first floating experience today and it was awesome! The facilities were very clean, nice, and comfortable and the staff was great at explaining the whole process. I've been meditating for a few years and this really took it to the next level for me. I will be a repeat customer!

I had my first float this morning. I do have to say wow I pulled muscles in my lower back. It definitely did help out. I was a little unsure if it would but I feel 100% better after one time there. I will definitely be going back again!!!
There aren't enough words to describe my experience at AOF! I leave each float feeling refreshed and renewed. It's a very calming experience. I would recommend it to everyone!!
Today was my second visit and I loved it as much as the first. I felt more comfortable doing it this time and was able to relax enough that I fell asleep which is not easy for me to do. The facility is very clean and the staff/owners are so friendly. One even remembered me saying at my first visit that my dog had surgery and today asked how he was doing. This meant a lot to me. I have floated twice now. Each time I thoroughly enjoyed it and left feeling totally relaxed. My New Years resolution is to float more often!! I quit smoking a week before Christmas, so now as a reward I will come get my float on!!!
