First contacted Art of Decoration on 1/11/17. After back and forth with Certificate of Insurance, some material or production delays, installation was finally scheduled for March 10 (2 months, not 2-3 weeks as originally conveyed during in-home measurements/material selection). Installation went okay but valances on 3 of the 4 windows didn't have returns. It's now 7/18/17 and I'm still waiting for them to schedule installation of the corrected valance returns, which they said arrived on 5/3/17. They aren't responding to my e... read more
