Awful. Like absolutely horrid! When I called, the person I spoke with expressed they were able to do 3D Art such as acrylic flowers. I went, and had to wait for a while which is fine considering I was 10 minutes late. THREE different people did my nails, so if you dont like getting passed from tech to tech that's going to really annoy you. The first person was very disrespectful to a lady he'd just done, because she accidentally messed up her nail. He told her if she did it again he would not fix it for her. How RUDE!
