My daughter used this business for her wedding unfortunately. She ordered tulips for her bouquet and put down a deposit, the morning of her wedding we called to ask what time they would be ready, they could barely find the order and informed us that they were out of tulips due to a large funeral. I have never experienced such a total lack of customer service as this. They were hardly apologetic and seemed indifferent to my daughter's feelings. I highly recommend you do not use them for a wedding, my daughter was devastated.

I ordered my wedding flowers weeks before my wedding. My maid of honor called morning of to check what time we should pick them up and they had trouble finding my order (which already had a deposit put down) and only added to the stress of our wedding day. Then, they proceeded to tell us they don’t have the flowers I originally ordered for my bouquet. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered the next morning for my moms birthday - not only was the arrangement *more* beautiful (and full) than the online picture, they went the extra mile of hand writing my message onto a big card for her and delivered it perfectly in a timely manner! I just ordered my mother-in-law flowers, and they were gorgeous! They arrived on time, the website was extremely easy to use, and the communication I received was amazing. Most importantly, she said the arrangement was beautiful. Thank you so much!
