Awesome job. Called in and within 45 minutes a tech was at my door step. Quality service and very reasonable.
Last Saturday morning, 8/20/2016, my AC unit stopped working. I called Art Douglas shortly after and had a tech at my house within no more than an hour. Fixed the minor problem.
AC issue resolved by expert tech Omar Lopez. Prompt, professional service at a reasonable price. Omar replaced the condenser motor, ran a cap test, and generally made a thorough examination of our HVAC unit. He discussed the need for regular service to avoid unforseen problems.
Awesome service. Had an emergency plumbing issue and called AD. They arrived 20 minutes after I called and did a phenomenal job. They gave me the estimate and I agreed. They found another problem, but didn't charge me anymore because they already gave me the estimate. I will call AD for any of my plumbing needs in the future. The guy that did the job was named Robert and he explained everything and was quite professional. Just an awesome experience. These guys know what they are doing!
I was extremely happy with the very speedy service. I called and the plumber Robert was here within 45 min. He was polite, efficient and did not leave a mess. I have used this company in the past and have always been very happy with them.
My experiences with Art Douglas have always been exceptional. Robert did some plumbing work on my kitchen sink and bathroom sink after granite installation. He did an outstanding job on the work, and even did a few extra projects that were not in my original estimate with no extra charge. I will definitely use Art Douglas in the future.
Great job installing a hot water heater Juston! It was quick, efficient, and everything was put back in its place.
On April 5, 2016, our water heater went out. Art Douglas Plumbing sent Sal Zepeda out within the hour. He got it lit and described the possible issue so that we could contact the manufacturer.
Great JOB! Sal Zepeda did a great job fixing the toilet at our office. He came in early morning, cheerful, full of energy, got to work, did the job and was out in a flash! I thought he was going to take all day to fix the issue, but it was a quick fix and he was done in less than an hour. Thank you Sal!
