I had a great service with this company and recommend everyone use if if you're a homeowner. The service was prompt, the ac guy was nice and they called me today after my appointment for quality control

They knew what they were talking about and the heater technician was very professional. THey came out during that big storm and fixed my heater
They came out withing two hours of me calling them, my heater went out and I called 3 other companies who told me that they wouldn't come out until the next day. Will defintle use art douglas again
Called Art Douglas Plumbling last week and asked about a sink install. The girl that answered said they could send someone out right now. The gentleman that came by, Robert was very polite and explained what he could do and the cost. Today Robert came out and installed my sink and everything works and looks great. Thank you Robert. I will now use them when I have a plumbing issue again. Thanks again , Terri
Our air conditioner went out Sunday during a very hot weekend. They were at our door in less than an hour and assessed the problem. I was impressed that Omar had another technician come out Monday to double check our board (since our unit is 21 years old and a bit tricky to deal with). Omar even pre-ordered a fuse thinking he might need it. He did, and saved us from suffering another 3 days without air! I would recommend them 100%. Great customer service and not an outrageous cost for coming out on a Sunday.
Wonderful company to work at your house. I had a few issues, bathroom faucet and bath tub leaking. I thought it was going to be a long process, called Art Douglas and had the problem fixed that same day.
Excellent service, after I explained to them my situation; my kitchen sink was fixed that afternoon.
Quality service A+++ Had a minor plumbing issue they came out and fixed the situation. Job well done.
