Such HORRIBLE and RUDE customer service - I called to confirm something with my order and the woman who picked up was so rude and adamant about me checking up and was aggressive towards me. She then hung up on me while I was still speaking. I will never order from them again
Called them to order a congratulatory flower arrangement for a restaurant grand opening, they took the order by phone and delivered the same day. I gave my price limit and design that I like, and they delivered a beautiful arrangement to the restaurant. Reasonable price and easy to make arrangements.
