I don't treat myself to a manicure very often, but I heard it through the grapevine that this new place had just opened up a few blocks from me. This place is so cool, I don't even know where to begin. For starters it's brand new, so everything is glossy and shiny and pretty. They offered me coffee or water right when I came in, and I was seen right away even though there were nearly 10 people inside.
