The only opening was for 3 months out. A few days before this appointment they called me to let me know it was cancelled. Their next opening wasn’t until another month later. It was scheduled for noon. I missed a call the morning of. I called back and was told they only called for a reminder. Took off work and showed up on time and then was notified Dr. Arshad would not be in till 3pm. Very unprofessional. Took off hours earlier than needed and the new time conflicts with a separate appointment.
Office staff is worse I’ve ever seen I don’t know how they stay open.

Dr. Arshad took excellent care of me. He scheduled my test quickly during my first appointment with him. Very professional and considerate. Highly recommend.
Dr. O'keefe is a very kind and considerate physician. He takes time to know you and your concerns. He explains what he is doing at all times. Wonderful doctor - Highly recommended! Thank you Dr. O'keefe !
Do not see this doctor as he does not care about his patients. My mother was scheduled for a colonoscopy. His staff gave me the information - stating to go to Greenview Hospital. However, he does not do the procedure at this hospital rather the Medical Center of Bowling Green. Once we get to the Medical Center, we wait for 45 minutes only to find out the Dr. Arshad is in Chicago. HIs office forgot to contact me to reschedule the appointment.
This doctor is ONLY in it for the money. HE Does not listen. He does not care. GO TO A RESPECTABLE DOCTOR!
I haven't even seen the Dr but his office personal is rude. Had an appointment made by my pcp and call to see if could get in sooner then had call and reschedule again and the women was rude and told me after 4 times I couldn't be seen. I can't help I had things come up but life happens can't say how the Dr but if he hired rude office people I don't want to even try and see him .
