My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Arsenault and absolutely thrilled with this practice . They are efficient, warm, caring , knowledgeable and proactive in all things skin. We would not go anywhere else for our dermatology needs
Dr. Arsenault and staff and truly one of a kind.. I was so nervous to go in and they were comforting and reassuring and really put me at ease. Very professional, yet friendly and welcoming with little to no wait time .
Due to body checks, my melanoma as well as several basal cell cancers were discovered. I was referred to a surgeon in Tampa for surgery on the melanoma,but my basal cells were removed here. I have always received competent, friendly care by a very professional staff. Dr Arsenault is awesome. She makes you feel like you matter! Thank you so much for my care!
I was impressed with Dr. Arsenault's knowledge and concern. She demonstrates warmth and compassion and a high level of professionalism. I would have liked to have seen a shorter wait time, specially since my appointment was an early morning 8:30am appointment. I did not get to see Dr. Arsenault until nearly 9:15am which does not demonstrate a respect for my time.

Excellent patient care and friendly staff.
She was unable to diagnose my husband's skin problem and kept prescribing expense medications to solve the problem--none worked. Another dermatologist was able to determine the problem, prescribed a moderately priced medication and he was cured quickly. She is not qualified to do Mohs surgery.
I would highly recommend Dr. Emily Arsenault for an excellent dermatologist referral. Dr Arsenault is a knowledgeable , professional, a compassionate practitioner and easy to speak with as well as sincere. She takes her time and is diligent with her patients. I always have a beneficial and pleasant experience.
She is always professional; efficient and most kind. The atmosphere is first-class and her entire staff is a cut above most medical practices! I have recommended this practice many times, and have always had positive feedback!
