Last three visits were unprofessional and insulting! Visit 1- overcharged for botox after confirming price - they would not fix. Visit 2 - NP recommended 3 biopsies then nurse said they probably all weren't necessary if insurance wouldn't cover! Visit 3 - appt scheduled month in advance for small procedure and they were too busy to do it. I told why I was leaving and requested med records - told they'd be mailed in 7 days. Called me 2 days later requiring payment for records and pickup???

I would recommend Arsenault Dermatology to anyone needing a doctor and staff with such excellent knowledge and friendliness.. Examinations are thorough at the same time that the patient is provided with all the information that he/she wants to know. Biopsies and other surgeries have been close to painless for me. Every person working in the office that you meet greets you with a smile and a pleasant attitude, apparently sincerely showing an interest in helping you.
I highly recommend Dr. Arsenault and all of her office personnel . I have seen her for about 4 yrs and have never had an experience less than excellent. Always pleasant
Arsenault Dermatology seems to be the only place in the Sarasota/Bradenton area that cares about getting you an appointment asap. The staff is friendly and Dr. Dolehide and his assistant were wonderful and caring.
Robyn at front desk at the Sarasota location was very warming and welcoming. Laura the PA was very thorough.
I have nothing but rave reviews for Dr. Arsenault and her entire staff both in Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch. From my first visit through my recent excision procedure everyone has not only been extremely professional and informative but also a pleasure to deal with in every area of the practice. Dr. Arsenault and her staff are very thorough in her examinations and explanations of issues and has no problems answering any questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Arsenault and her team.
