Dr Arsenault is great. She is thorough, an excellent dermatologist & provides very good direction for taking care of your skin. I'm lucky to have discovered this office. Dr. A is excellent. As part of the practice, there is a suite of cosmetic professionals. I'm very lucky to have my work done by Melissa. She has done beautiful filler for me & uses a light hand - looks completely natural. I put her work up there w/ Mattise, Renoir, maybe Rembrandt. Ha! I highly recommend Arsenault Dermatology.
Dr. Arsenault is the best dermatologist I have ever seen. I am now a long time patient, but I went to other dermatologists when I lived in other areas, & I can honestly state that she is the best. She's well trained, has impressive credentials from top rated programs, is caring & compassionate, knowledgeable, keeps up to date with the latest innovations, & is very good about giving you all the treatment options in a collaborative manner. She achieves impressive results. Highly recommend.
I fired them as my doctor today. I’ve been seeing them for many years. My insurance company has them under investigation for double billing and instance fraud. Their doctors may be Goodman their billing department isn’t. I’ll be going elsewhere.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Arsenault and her practice for many years. We both are extremely pleased with both Dr Arsenault and Kristin Jochum PA. Very thorough, very friendly and they genuinely care.
I do not recommend Arsenault Dermatolgy to anyone. I visited Dr. Arsenault to help treat my acne and keloid and it has been the most frustrating, expensive, and horrible experience. First of all, I am a student and cannot afford to keep visiting a specialist every 4 weeks for an appointment. I have been to this office for four visits now there have not been any improvements in my skin. Each visit she prescribes a different antibiotic and topical cream for my acne and it just keeps getting worse.
