Absolutely the best experience that I have had with dermatologist. They are very professional and attentive to your needs.
My first visit was with Meredith Miller. She was professional and friendly during my exam. My experience was so positive that I will definitely make the long drive to keep them as my primary.
Doctor was not thorough regarding side effects for medication. When calling them a different nurse would call me back all the time. I have had this experience 2 times for differnt visits. All 3 of them gave me different answers of which only one was correct after talking to my pharmacist. Very uncaring and unprofessional doctor and nurses. To clarify my DR. was not Emily. perhaps she is different.
Had a great visit with Nick Wolhaupter and nurse Darlene ( I think that was her name). So professional, I certainly would recommend Arsenault Dermatology to anyone.
I've been going to this practice for two years now. Dr Emily Arsenault is very thorough and doesn't rush the exam. I would highly recommend her. Their staff is also very courteous.
