I saw this practice about a year and a half ago. They upcharged for 4 sutures on my chest after removing a basel cell carcinoma. They said it was complex stitching!!! $800.00 later and I have almost paid them off tomorrow I see a plastic surgeon to cut out a keloid scar that came out of their complex stitching. I would shop around before going to this establishment. Shelley B.
RecommendedI had my first appointment this past week and I am thoroughly impressed with this practice. I was able to make a new patient appointment within a week which is excellent for any practice let alone a specialist. the office itself is beautiful and very clean. All of the staff that I have encountered are friendly, professional and you can tell they care about what they are doing and their patients. i highly recommend this office to anyone seeking dermatology care.
my husband has went thru lots and lots of skin cancer he is a native of Florida and at 66 he is always worked in the Sun Arsenault does a great job and he trust them very much
It was my first time going and I was a little apprehensive about the care I would receive. I could not be more pleased. I saw Jennifer Vo and she was so patient and caring. Very thorough! Will definitely be returning
DON’T GO HERE!!!! Called in the wrong prescription for me not once but twice. The first time was the wrong dosage and didn’t realize till after I started using it that it wasn’t working. Second time they called in the wrong type. Thank goodness the pharmacist knew me and knew it was wrong so she contacted them and corrected it. When I asked to have my co-pay waived to help reimburse me for the wrong prescriptions, they refused. I will be finding a new dermatologist.

I've been a patient for a few years now and have loved it but I have to say the handling of Covid 19 by this office was terrible. I had a procedure done and was left with sutures in my arm and an email saying they were closing. Not one person contacted me to inform me what to do from there. I had to call and finally got a return call and was informed that I didn't need suture removal because they would dissolve on their own even though the office had originally said otherwise. 2 weeks after the fact I get a call from the off... read more
