Terrible. Dr. Dolehide left me waiting in an exam room for 30 minutes in my underwear before I finally got dressed and walked out. I expect better patient service than that.
We have been patient's of Arsenault Dermatology for over 10 years. A very professional office. I also enjoy the spa and have been seeing Dunja for couple of years now and she has done wonders with my skin. My husband had a melanoma and Dr. Arsenault found it in it's early stage and he was very thankful for that. We highly recommend Arsenault Dermatology.
Professional, knowledgeable and customer orientated are some words that come to mind about Arsenault Dermatology. PA-C Melissa Beachy is among the best medical professionals I have met in many years. At the end of a visit the visit summary provided explains diagnosis, description and treatment.
I've been with Arsenault dermatology for about 14 years and have watched it grow into the fine practice that it is today. I like the friendly, professional staff at the Lakewood Ranch South office, the quick check in, and state of the art computer system in every exam room. My son and I were both seen as new patients this past Friday. The office was modern and the Team was very professional and welcoming. My son was nervous about having treatment done but felt more at ease once he realized there would be no pain involved. He is actually looking forward to going back in a few weeks.
I make my appointments now at the more convenient Bradenton office and love it. Even at my 8:15 am appointments the support staff is very friendly and helpful. Meredith is the PA and is very exact and does not rush through your exam. She is very professional and makes one feel very comfortable even during the yearly complete body exam.
One word AWESOME! Never have to wait always on time, efficient, and professional !
I totally recommend this practice for their patience and concern for over all health with every visit.
