I was very impressed. It was my first visit and I was was nervous. The staff made me feel very comfortable. They were all very polite and caring. I did not feel rushed at all. The only thing I want to add is make sure you have good directions. Their office is Lakewood Ranch is very hard to find.
My first visit was last week, I saw Dr Beachy. She was very polite, listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. She explained what she was going to do and what to expect afterwards. I have found my dermatologist from here on out. Very polite and professional.
It was my first visit and felt very comfortable with Melissa Bleachy. I already reccomended her and the office to all my friends on social media.

It is always a pleasure to go to Arsenault dermatology. I recently went for my annual skin cancer exam and Melissa Beachy always makes me feel at ease with her positive attitude, thoroughness and kindness. Due to my history with a form of skin cancer, she always puts my mind at ease, as she explains everything to me. Also, it was my first visit with Dunya, the aesthetician.
