Reagon Hicks our Roofer contact went above and beyond on the roof and repairs necessary. Worked with our insurance, gave details of work along the way and followed up with us well after repairs and roof replacement were finished. Highly recommend. ARRT Construction did a fantastic job! We had a leak and they restored our wood floors beautifully. They gave our kitchen a little facelift and it turned out better than I could have imagined. They even built us new shudders and took down our old screened in porch. Best part is they do everything all at once. They do not piece-mail the job. ARRT Construction has been absolutely great to work with from the very beginning of the process. We had a water leak and our entire house flooded so the reason for remodel was an already stressful event. Andi walked me through the whole process and even scheduled a day to meet me at each store to select product and he provided professional advice throughout each step. We were very happy with the work ARRT did for us. Just as important to us though was that any time we had concerns or questions they responded quickly and addressed or clarified anything we needed. Would definitely use them again for future projects if needed.

This contractor is incredibly rude and completely unprofessional. They refuse to give a bid unless you agree to hire them first — who does business like that? If you're dealing with insurance, be careful: they won't even tell you their pricing unless they speak directly to your insurance company. That’s a huge red flag. It feels like they’re trying to game the system or hide inflated costs. There’s ZERO TRANSPARENCY, and frankly, it feels like a scam. Avoid this contractor at all costs if you value honesty and respect.
