The staff and doctor were so kind to my old girl and myself today. I find that a lot of times with dog emergencies you feel shamed if you cannot afford the suggested tests or treatment. I chose not to get tests done on my 15-year-old dog today, because she is 15, and I felt no shame. In fact, I felt very supported in my decision, and was given the proper medication without putting my best friend through a bunch of lab work, which I thought was extremely kind and loving of the doctor. I have been going to Arroyo for years now and they only ever seem to get better the staff is the most amazing and caring I have ever dealt with. Dr.Hart is awesome and helped me out a ton over the years. the whole team is everything you would want taking care of your Precious Pets
My dog Buster gets the best care. They saved his life. andI'm forever grateful. They stayed late and call in another Vet to assist late Saturday afternoon. You can tell they truly live animals .🐶🐈🐱🐆🐅🐕🐩
All the doctors are amazing !!
Dr. Stallings and her staff are amazing however Dr. Hart was rude, condescending and has absolutely no bedside manner. As is true with most jobs; her staff was the same. Being a good leader will rub off on those you lead as is the case with Dr. Stallings. After 5+ years we will no longer be coming to Arroyo because of Dr. Hart.
