We typically do not put out post like this but we do NOT recommend Arrowhead Solar Company. The solar panels were put up on the roof on October 19, 20 and 23. The new electric box finally went in on December 1 and our heating company had to come out and fix the wiring for the heater because the electrician for Arrowhead crossed the wires and is now saying that she did not cross no wires but Action Air from Collinsville can verify this was the case. Now we are still waiting on inspections so that the solar panels can be turne... read more

We signed up for solar installation last August, not hearing anything from the company for over 6 months as to when they might be out to do the install. Not a word. And then, the system has at least one panel that doesn't work, has never worked. Many phone calls/texts to a contact person who rarely responded to inquiries about the panel, as well as a non-functioning generator that was sold along with the solar system. Today we found out that the generator is not hooked up correctly (according to the gas company) and will not... read more

Terrible, first I was told that I would be paying the minimum energy bill so I figure 20 dollars, but by the time I pay the solar panels and energy bill I save 15 bucks, which is really not a saving because my homeowners went up when I put the panels on it, not worth the ugly they put on my house, The project is ViVint energy, installed by Arrowpoint Solar, which broke stuff in the attic during installation and did not tell me, glad they did the work in the winter because they broke the line that drains my ac condenser. But y... read more

When it comes to solar, theres two directions. Good experience for the customer, or good experience for the representative working for them. Never both good, usually never both bad. But when it comes to SEP solar, its both bad. Terrifyingly bad. Embarrassingly bad. I first moved from ***** to ******** for this company, not knowing where they would set up shop cause they couldnt find their way out of a paper bag, they finally say that we are moving ************ ********, from there to *********, now *********** ********. 1 Star is too generous. We had panels installed in August. The installation failed inspection. Still no operating panels 5 month later. I am paying for a product that doesn't function.

I've worked closely with ArrowPoint as a solar consultant and they are always reliable. They keep their word, have good customer service, and are a small enough company that they still care about you.
