I had a service scheduled. I became unemployed unexpectedly the day before my appt. I sent Patricia a text and advising I needed to cancel my appointment. The next day she called while I was in a meeting leaving a message she was charging me for the no show. I called her back and explained that I texted her and never received a call back just a charge on my credit card. Not that I can work with you or sorry to hear that or anything. Patricia does a great job assessing what my skin needs and treating my skin accordingly. I've been going for over a year, and my skin has improved so much. Plus, I really like her skincare line. The Licorice Serum has helped my rosacea a lot, at a fraction of the cost I had for my prescription meds, and the Daily Moisturizer protects my skin from the sun without clogging my pores.
I have had three treatments so far with Patricia, is is amazing! I always leave there feeling so refreshed and my skin feels amazing! Highly recommend!
