I've been going to arrowhead for a while being pregnant with my twins I was treated there love my obgyn but whom I absolutely hate with a passion is there NICU I don't like the day nurses at all there not compassionate there very sarcastic they have shitty attitudes so I'm force to see my babies at night when the night time shift nurses come in I'll be so glad when this is over so I don't have to see it deal with NICU ever again
I can't expressed the quality of care I received from every single staff member. From Nurse Susanne Dr Whootenburger in the ER, to the entire nursing staff and respiratory therapist on the 6th floor. Everyone treated me with a level of professionalism, and above average treatment. What a find. Thank you for getting me on the road to recovery. Peggy Smith, admitted 3/26 rm 6110.
I love this hospital they save my baby and taking care of my wife the staff its awesome its clean im glad to have a hospital like this close to us
I was there last weekend for shortness of breath. They did not check by ears nose and so on. The did a chest xray, and blood work. Waited for hours, and told me there was nothing wrong, that I was fine. I asked then why do I have have shortness of breath. The Dr. said "you have copd" what ever that is. Anyway I was send home a precription, and two kinds of inhalors, antibiotics, and listen to this, AND RUBITUSSIN WITH CODINE, WHICH I'M ALLEGIC TO AND THEY KNEW THAT. Been here two hours waiting for a CT scan!! So upsetting!!!
I just want to thank all the Nurses and Dr. Who took care of my princess Anna C. Villarreal who was very sick for about 3 weeks, we stay with her since Christmas and all the way passing New Year with her Thank God and all them she is back home...she was in 4th floor thank you guys for all your care towards my baby girl ;) ..
