Staff was extremely rude to my family members and discharged my brother to early without physical therapy follow up that they promised to give as needed for recovery. Poor excuse of a hospital. I wouldn't even give 1 star!
While my mother was admitted there in August she was well cared for and her appointments after at the clinic have been good with a friendly staff of nurses to the doctors whom answered our questions thank you
Arrowhead Regional Medical Center's Oncology staff has gone way above and beyond their duties to be there for their patients - like me. And , the nurses on the 5th floor were so caring and patient with me during my hospital stay. I would honestly recommend your hospital to anyone! I've been privileged to have my health being taken care of there at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Thank you medical team for taking care of me, it's very much appreciated.
This hospital is a 5 stars stance. I was a patient and every time in ER or clinics with the specialist they make fell important and give a great treatment for my recovery.

It is very clean and nice staff..but they messed up on my daughters birthday on her insurance stuff that i now have a bill of almost $8,000..wish this could get fixed
