I'm really disappointed itbabout the service yesterday I went since 8 and he get pu until 1:30
Very rude & unprofessional staff. My mother has been in ICU since Dec 1st. She's had 2 surgeries due to sepsis & more than once doctors/nurses have forgotten to go into her room to change her. We the family has had to go up to them & remind them to do their job!
The nurses and Doctors are great my Daughter had her baby and the staff was always checking to make sure everything was okay, nurse Annette from labor and delivery was with my Daughter from beginning to end of the Delivery she was Awsome,
The staff at check-in for the outpatient services is great. The nursing staff is very nice. But the lack of communication between the doctors is horrible. Try reading the charts before you see the patient. Because my doctor didn't write up an order properly I had to wait a long time for the staff to get ahold of her. Also the waiting is absolutely terrible. They tell you there behind, well try getting more staff. Parking is also inadequate.
I am an asthmatic. When I get sick about twice a year I am hospitalized. This hospital has taken care of me to the fullest every time. I was here in March with pneumonia. Wan intubated for 5 days and admitted for a full week. I could have died. I am back in hospitalized with asthma and a chest cold. They always take care of me. Listen to my needs and make sure I am fully well before I can go home. Thank you ARMC for your staff and help.
The nurses ICU, especially those who attended my Sister in Love in 2310, were the most beautiful ,caring, and loving nurses I have ever come in contact with. They were as if the were a part of the family. They were there constantly, caring for even us... the visitors' needs, hugging, and crying with us . They were beautiful! God bless them greatly!
I have been trapped here 3 days and keep telling the nurse morphine doesn't work for me it causes headaches and makes me itch....they are still giving it to me instead of what does work for me, then one of the nurse accused me of basically faking my pain so that I could get pain meds to get high...smh!!! other than that it was cool
My first experience with Arrowhead Regional was when I had a TIA mini stroke not quite a year ago. The doctors, nurses, and staff were nothing short of amazing! I wish there was an option for 10 stars, instead of just 5 stars. I was so impressed that while I was in the hospital I inquired about making Dr. Gan my PCP. They indicated they would very much like to have me as a patient, and it's one of the best medical choices I have made. They are the best, I can assure you!!
Know comment. What's so ever. Sometimes not fair
