My granddaughter had her appendix taking out And she had great treatment. I understand sometimes we have to wait for long time before they see us But it happens everywhere, is just that we don't understand that the most urgent patients come 1st.
Muy bien el enfermero muy amable el doctor muy comprencible las enfermeras amables todo bien hordenado muy limpio
The doctors are so rude I had my daughter here and they where being so Rude to us and I took her in Friday the doctors and nurses where still been rude I hate that hospital so much I won't be going back
Was there for 6 hours longer than I had to be staff kept telling me they were just waiting on my results to be read when they had been all along finally my fiance asked someone to go look and we were out of there in 20min ...after waiting 6 hours longer than needed
I went to ER this is the first time that they attended me very fast l don't even sit in the waiting room so l am very grateful l was out less than a hour!!
I was trasported to the trauma center and had emergency surgery at Arrowhead. I had a wonderful experience. The doctors, nurses, and staff were very nice to me. I see most reviews on here talking about how unorganized and understaffed the hospital is. . . Some people just think that the Dr.s and nurses are just there for them. Please understand that each nurse has about 8 other patients BESIDES YOU BE PATIENT.
THIS IS THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!!I!!YOU'RE BETTER OFF DELIVERING YOUR BSBY IN THE STREET....HORRIBLE,NOT ENOUGH WORDS TO DESCRIBE THE UNETHICAL,DEMEANING WAYS THESE SO CALLED"NURSES AND DOCTOR'S"TREAT PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Er student didn't know what she was doing. Couldn't even write out a prescription. Pharmacy at there own location didn't understand it. They couldn't get a hold of them.. after waiting an hr was told they still couldn't get a hold of them. So I walked back to the er & told the student "dr" what happened. She was like what it's written.. yup sure was the wrong damn way. Went back to the pharmacy and waited alil over an hr.. for 2 meds. And the pharmacy workers are rude and disrespectful. Plus the er intake workers are out of ... read more
Had my 11th round of chemotherapy yesterday, given by Profesional, friendly and caring people. My lab draw was equally painless and expedient. They're like family. My only gripe is that it's a nightmare to get anything accomplished by phone, no one picks up and you'll be transferred to a host of other destinations only to reach an answering machine and a final "goodbye". If I just keep to myself schedule and appointments, it's roses.
