Have used Derrick Bell and his team at my home and my mother's home. Won't use anyone else, they are very honest and take the time to explain everything to my elderly parents. They fix the issue right the first time and quickly too. Derrick has helped us with finding solutions for maintenance that our home warranty was not covering. Good people!

Excellent service and such a kind person. Not too often do we encounter people that just want to help others. I spoke to the owner and he fixed my water heater over the phone on FaceTime. I was a tad bit scared, he fussed a little, lol.. but encouraged me to trust him and the process.
