I initially used arrowhead plumbers because they were who my home warranty company sent me to replace a broken sewage ejector pump. The sewage ejector pump is in our basement where my mother-in-law lives. We have had several problems with the previous pump and are very careful to only flush toilet paper in small amounts at a time as we understand that these pumps get clogged easily by anything other than toilet paper. This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Do not use them. They give you a warranty but then lie if anything breaks by saying there’s sanitary wipes in the pump to cover their A**! DONT USE THEM! If you have a plumbing problem post on next door or message me and I can give you names of GOOD PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS WHO HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES AND CUSTOMERS! These company will rob you and cheat to get out of doing their job! STEER CLEAR OF ARROWHEAD PLUMBING!
