Excellent surgeon and post surgery care was given. Follow up visits were timed well over a 1 year period with x rays and progress reviews followed by physical therapy.
On 1/15/19 was my very first time attending this ortho and I highly recommend it. My experience there was outstanding, from front desk to nurses and the ortho are very polite and welcoming. Everyone that attended me greeted me very politely, respectfully and with great attitudes answered all my questions. They're also very patient and answered all questions accurately. The orthopaedic at Redlands,Ca . Krystian Pac was very professional and nice. He was so understanding and caring . I would recommend him to everyone.
My whole family has been treated at Arrowhead Orthopaedics and we have been completely satisfied with our treatment and outcomes. Dr. Grames, especially, is fantastic. He treats all his patients with respect and listens intently to concerns/patient experiences. He’s the best! I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Dr. Grames and the other doctors at Arrowhead for any ortho procedure.
Dr Ghazal is a complete genius!!! The time he spends listening to me is amazing. I always feel motivated to continue to have him care for my knee! He never throws pills at problems! He takes the time to do a good evaluation and is not in a rush to do surgery.
