They do not follow the patient’s care I was supposed to get my Botox injections for my migraines today. Drugs were never ordered they were training it was like a first appointment I’ve been waiting since January of this year my last treatment was in October 2018 this is ridiculous I was told the doctor didn’t work there anymore that was giving me my my Botox treatments. RecommendedMy appointment was within perfect timing after my surgery. The Front desk staff was Friendly and great with providing me with all the right document needed to move forward . The wait wasn't long to see the Dr. Deon Kidd, he was very understanding with my concerns at this time and helpful information regarding my injury.
RecommendedMy son's appt to get casted took 2 hours but that's probably because it took a while to prep, X ray, etc. the PA Megan was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all questions. The cast technician was awesome! He told us all kinds of interesting things about the chemical processes happening (homeschool lesson✅ in polymers) so was likewise professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
