Entry is from champagne avenue and they have electronic kiosk for check in and dock will be assigned to you by text, you can wait on street for dock as inside thr is not enough parking, very slow loading, you have to wait almost hour for papers after loading
Lazy, rude and unprofessional
Shipping and receiving guys are awful, rude and disrespectful.
Worse place to pick up the load from here I have 4 pm appointment they give door 4:20 pm no place park truck here , you gotta park on the street own your risk coz on the street says no parking, I ran out of my clock and no overnight parking here either , no truck stop near by , if you came here to pick up the load make sure you come here on your appointment and make sure you have 11 hr in your e log , never come here again
I got in and out of there pretty quick
