Bought the car used with 1400 miles was told the car has warranty when I bought it, after purchasing it I noticed the vehicle had been consistently misfiring took it in to the dealership and they told me that the spark plugs were after market and that they were not able to cover that but they did swap out the coil pack. To start, I have on a few occasions taken my car to arrowhead caddy for work on my engine and they did a fairly good job. Paid through the nose but ya get what ya pay for I guess. On my last and final visit I brought my car in for electrical issues. The car was acting very erratically and not running well. The technician, let's call him ***, went through the car, found $11k worth of repairs that I didn't ask for nor want. Worst experience with this dealership. Promised my wife and I that they would put running boards with purchase on the Cadillac since she needed them, this was in March and still no running boards and we are a few days away from July. Called multiple time and seems the same old story, blame someone else for the delay. I am sick and tired of their lies, how can a Cadillac dealer not get parts for there autos? BUYER BEWARE DO NOT GET SWINDLED by Arrowhead Cadillac. My recent purchase was the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. Anyone looking to purchase a vehicle should avoid this place at all cost!! My wife and I started off by checking out a few vehicles on the lot. Very, very hi priced dealer. I called them about a Cadillac they had advertised. I expressed to them that I wanted to purchase a Escalade. I stated that the price they were advertising the vehicle for was several thousands of dollars higher than the Kelly Blue Book price. Unfortunately, I fell for the "Come on down and will make you a deal". The best they would do was only $500.00 off on a Escalade that had a $85,000 MSRP.
