Sadly, a dreadful(!) buying experience at Arrowhead’s. This extremely unpleasant stressful environment they have put me through was aggravating. But, honestly …@ the end, the only one to blame is myself , for failing to do my due-diligence beforehand. If I did, I’d never ever contact them in the 1st place. Well…Live ‘n learn.
Todd always takes care of us.
Excellent customer care from sales Rep Joe Enzler and Finance Director Polly Swafford during the purchase process of my 2025 XT-6.
Todd always takes really good care of me and my car. Sold my Cadillac but have been bringing him my corvette for just as long as the Cadillac for service. He always remembers the special things about the corvette to tell the service Teck. Wouldn’t take it anywhere else. Bob
Mike Tenant very professional, took care of me right away, service lasted about an hour outstanding
