Horrible service, website for refresh direct is unreliable and full of errors.
This is a terrible company! There is no way to contact them by phone, and their app is completely useless. There is literally no customer service. I was lucky for a while because I had a great delivery man who would bring the water into my house, he was always courteous and friendly, but they put him on another route, and ever since, they don’t even ring my bell to let me know they are here, they just dump the water and leaves.
