Worst company ever to get uniforms from!always shorting uniforms also want to charge you if there's a tear in pants.. I work maintenance on machines so get holes in pants constantly.. Also while trying to talk with rep about issues does no good
If you demand customer service or care what you look like, please don't order your uniform from Arrow. The sales rep we dealt with is awful and lied to us several times to cover his mistakes. We ordered on the 13 July. We were told by the rep the order was submitted on the 14 July. We were told a 2-3 week turn around time. Expecting great quality during that timeframe, we started inquiring after about 2 1/2 weeks about the delivery date. We were told that the embroidery department had issues, so our order was delayed. Waiting almost 5 months for uniforms still can't give me a delivery date. Person I spoke to told me that they were only an embroidery company. Lousy customer service too.
I hated working there... They treat you like slaves!!!!
