I feel it’s bad enough you need to purchase work shirts for your job but when the shirt is only 12 to 13 dollars you purchase 4 and you get charged 20 for shipping that’s really really wrong.
As with many people who commented on this company, I too have been waiting close to 2 months for a few shirts. Arrow does not even reply to email anymore. I am beginning to think this is a scam and will be both reporting them to the BBB and also starting the process for a refund due to non delivery of service with my bank
First, it took almost 3 months to get only 2 items of my order. I am currently still waiting on the rest. Second, the sizes! this is a new company that my employer is using so I order 2 sizes bigger than what I would buy in the store. Our work shirts have always been known to draw up after washing no matter what company we use, so I wanted to make sure what I got still fit after washing them. Six business days ago I ordered two shirts, the website states custom orders will ship within 2 - 3 business days - my order has yet to ship. I call and ask for the order to be cancelled, but it can't be without submitting a refund approval. Listen, it's my money for products I haven't received why do they think they can't deny my request? Rather than ordering from this company, go by shirts and have them embroidered locally. I guarantee it would be cheaper and much easier!

On hold for 50 minutes and no answer. Ordered in December and here it is April 16 and still no completed order. Not even custom stuff.
Pathetic quality control. 4th week in a row with not enough pant due to some fuckhead who thinks it’s funny to not put a button on or sew it on with literally two threads, with the way too small button to work dangling in its place! I have a pic of how disgusting it is but can’t post it here... too bad, you’s would all get a laugh, it looks like a 1st grader did it.....
