Arrow uniform company is composed of a bunch of crooks! they take advantage of small business. They overpromise and under deliver! They will charge you fees for everything! For example: When your uniforms get damaged and your Rep tell you that they are insured and will get repaired at no cost and they bill you for repair still!!! I suggest you stay far away from this company! And FYI if you get upset with them and atemp to cancel your contact they will file a law suit against you!!! This has to be the worst uniform company I've delt with in 20+years unfortunately I've had them attempting if we can call it that to give me uniforms. I've gone 2weeks in a row with nothing. They put my stuff in the wrong lockers don't bring everything back that they receive. How hard can their job really be? Match the numbers and names. Count shirts and pants you don't even need to count higher than the fingers on your hands. Constantly get shortted on uniforms- I make sure to put the SAME number of pants:shirts in every week and there has been times where I'll only get 2/5 pants I put in and somehow end up with extra shirts. I have not had the same number of shirts:pants in over two and half years- nine pair of pants and fourteen some odd shirts (supposed to have eleven of each) They are also terrible with handling repair/alteration tickets. I requested my pants be shortened, instead of shortening them, they gave me all new pants and not only we... read more

They're great...if you never want to have uniforms that are clean
Terrible company to get uniforms from. Constantly getting shorted uniforms. Jeans and shirts coming back dirty, and alteration tickets being ignored. Overall a terrible company to do business with.
The best Uniform company ever!! Everyone is always very nice and professional!
