Palmetto Exterminatirs are always friendly and professional.
Had annual termite inspection and service member was very professional and submitted pictures of areas covered with explanations of both positive and negative explanations
Arrived at 9:59am was finished the whole outside in 4 minutes as the camera shows. Not the service I’m use to getting, sprayed front porch is all.
Just had a lovely encounter with Tim. We were never notified that he was coming today and when we asked him about that, he proceeded to raise his voice and argue that this is how things are done and it’s not his job, he just shows up. He was really nasty with us when we just had questions. He ended up speeding away from us after yelling at us. Everything is on our ring camera. :) lovely person. We will be dropping this company.
