2335 N 52nd st Philadelphia (real review). I had a flooded first floor in my carriage house. Sent a mech to my house and said he opened the pipe. I paid. The next day it flooded again. Called for again and paid, because he said he fixed the problem. The next day it flooded. Called in hoping of a free service for the third time, but was told no. Have dealt with arrow twice. The first job was great, the second (and last) was amateur at best. The job was to remove old galvanized pipes that had split due to freezing. I was promised a professionally done job using copper, what I got was a slapped together mess. I could have done the job myself for a $200 trip to home depot. Nothing was done according to the estimate I agreed to.

Gave reasonable estimate for work done, did great work, they came on time, and cleaned up mess! Would recommend to anyone.

I had contracted with Arrow several times in past years for a recurring sewer drainage problem. I had, after reading various promos, tried another service with disappointing results. That is why when I read, with surprise, the 01/06/07 scathing review of Arrow by "Missleading" I had to reply. Billy, my service representative, just left my home.
