I purchased glass for a job and received defective glass. You tried to return it after the customer complained about the looks of it. They blamed me for the damage to the glass, and refused to make new glass, or refund your money.
My windshield had a crack in it and noticed it Saturday morning. Called around BUT Arrow Glass was the only one that could replace my windshield in a timely manner! And they completely honored their word! Installation guy and calibration guy were awesome to work with. Polite, professional and efficient! Highly recommend!!
