I have had a great experience with Arrow Behavioral Health. Sigrid was extremely helpful with getting my initial appointment scheduled and was able to get me in within a couple of weeks. I was given the option to schedule in-person, or via telehealth. I chose to do telehealth visit and unlike others have mentioned, I did not have to wait beyond my appointment time and the session started exactly on time. My psychiatrist has worked with me for the past 3 years and she has single handedly made my life easier and more manageable. Highly recommend this place!! (Also she has a women who’s learning that sits in on my appointments and she is so kind and very knowledgeable)

While the front desk was kind and the billing was handled efficiently, my experience with the therapist was concerning. My first appointment was canceled due to a "computer crash" after I'd already waited 13 minutes. I understand that technical issues can happen and that was not my primary concern. What was concerning were the words in the therapist's message. The initial message was casual and lacked any apology or acknowledgement of my time.
