I placed an order by phone. I was told pretty curtly that I'd have to be called back after the part was pulled. I got the callback, returned the call, and told the gentleman who answered that I was calling to complete my order. "What do you mean by 'order'?" he asked me. I said, "Uh, I would like to pay for it and have it sent to me." He said, "Well, where do you live?" I told me. He said, "Hang on a second." Bought a part from Joe here, and let us know if the part was not right, bring it back, and he will give us 70% back. We live an hour away, and of course, it was not the right part. We brought it back to Joe and he said he will not refund any money. He remembered us, as my husband's work company goes through arrow for customers, and each time its a disappointment.
