will never bring my car there again ,,really bad customer services....shawn did not make what happen right by any means and could of cared less .....they lack any kind of customer courtesy at all...extremely pissed off by the whole thing and will never bring my car there again

This is the worst salvage yard I have done business with. I bought two panels from them and they gave me a discount on them because there worker broke them. I thought I could mount them on the car but one of them is not even usable. When I called them to ask if I could exchange them for another part, or get a credit from them to use towards something else, I was passed around, put on hold, and finally someone came back on the line and said "The manager said there not returnable" Stay away from them!

Had a battery issue today. Arrow was able to get me in on my lunch break and replace my battery. Very happy with the customer service as well; everyone is very helpful, knowledgable, and explained things clearly.
Tim and the crew have been my friends for a long time . Very good people to do Business with .... They have always treated me great
