Our AC started to blow hot air in the evening. Checked out Facebook for recommendations and Arrow Appliance was mentioned more than once and decided to call them first thing in the morning. He came out a few hours later, was able to diagnose the problem with our unit fast and luckily had the part on hand. Appreciated his professionalism and rapid response without breaking the bank. Will definitely use again in the future.

Without doubt Chris was the most responsive businessman we have ever dealt with! Our AC unit wasn’t working and we called Chris Friday afternoon. He came over within 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, went and picked them up and came back, installed the new blower and had us up and running that same day. He explained what wasn’t working and what needed to be done very clearly and the cost was very reasonable. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience working with him and highly recommend Chris/Arrow!
