RecommendedEverything has been wonderful so far. Sadly with CoVID issues going on right now, I've been confined to the home, however any issues I've had or needs have been met very quickly and everyone is soooo nice and says hello when you pass. It's nice. (They were ON IT when our air went out. So awesome!)

Great place to live, the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. They will do anything to accommodate your needs as best as they can. The amenities are the best part of this place. underground parking is really convenient especially in the MN weather.

Arrive Watertower is a great place to live. I have lived here for over 12 years and am very pleased. The maintenance staff and the office staff are amazing. Colin is so helpful and goes out of his way to ensure that the tenants are satisified
I enjoy being conveniently located next to I-494. Quick interstate access makes for a short commute from work or running errands. Located near many fast food options and the EP mall is great too. I don’t have to travel far for groceries. Units are nice and sound proof, I have no issues with other tenants.
We have lived here for almost 6 years and love it here. They keep the place very clean and the staff is very friendly (Jenifer)and helpful. I have met people who have lived here more than 10 years
