RecommendedEverything has been wonderful so far. Sadly with CoVID issues going on right now, I've been confined to the home, however any issues I've had or needs have been met very quickly and everyone is soooo nice and says hello when you pass. It's nice. (They were ON IT when our air went out. So awesome!)

RecommendedArrive Watertower is a great place to live. I have lived here for over 12 years and am very pleased. The maintenance staff and the office staff are amazing. Colin is so helpful and goes out of his way to ensure that the tenants are satisified
RecommendedI enjoy being conveniently located next to I-494. Quick interstate access makes for a short commute from work or running errands. Located near many fast food options and the EP mall is great too. I don’t have to travel far for groceries. Units are nice and sound proof, I have no issues with other tenants.
